Milage is 186665 has had a full engine rebuild 2 years ago costing over £4000 as the Crank shaft bearings had worn it has had a full rebuild with no expenses spared the engine was machined by a local engine engineering company. New piston rings, New main and big end and thurst bearings. Injectors checked, Turbo reconditioned, new oil pump, head gaskets and all new gaskets. new dual mass flywheel and clutch new timing chain reconditioned gearbox checked and reconditioned the van is a rear wheel twin wheel drive.

I bought the van as a standard pannel van it was previously used to transport charity clothes down to Southampton, So no courier or builders work.
conversion in 2021 after covid struck. the van is built to a high spec.

Cab: There is a reverse camera fitted very handy with the length of the van i have also upgraded the radio to a 10" Android touch screen radio with built in satnav and upgraded the speakers.

Making our way to the living area there is a handy storage compartment above the cab, and lots above hear lockers dotted around: above the seating area kitchen and 2 along either side of the bedroom.

2 maxxfans which provides great ventilation one of them been replaced for a new one recently. In the bathroom there is also a skylight for ventilation.
There is a 120 watt solar pannel fitted.
The van is heated by a Truma 4E Boiler which provides blow hot air heating and also Hot water.
The seating area has been professionally upholstered. the van comes with a 12v tv included in the sale which is mounted on a swivle bracket.
The kitchen has a sink Dometic 85L fridge freezer which is great for making ice and storing your food with plenty of space for a good 3-4 days of food and drink. Also fitted is a Thetford Triplex Hob/oven with grill built in. Plenty of storage under the sink with a pan draw under the oven and a cutlery draw above the fridge.
The bathroom is equipped with a a thetford casette toilet which is plumbed into the mains onboard water system and a thermostatic mixer shower.

The bed is a good size which is full width of the van and just shy of 6′ long so plenty of space in bed. The bed was built so its on 2 separate frames which can be removed to give you the full height of the van if needed.
Under the bed is a big garage area ideal for taking bikes canoes ect.

Just spent another £1200 on new driveway tent 3 metre dome shape new tent carpet ,table and chairs list goes on all new never used this is a genuine sale due to ill health
