Lycan Customs have got everything covered with this stunning campervan conversion that’s ready for off-grid vanlife. Handcrafted to exact customer specifications, it really is a masterpiece.
The well-designed layout makes excellent use of the space inside this 2003 Vauxhall Movano long-wheelbase ex minibus with only 23,000 miles on the clock.
Stunning High Spec Kitchen
Starting at the front of this stunning campervan conversion by Lycan Customs, we find a beautiful side unit and kitchen straddling a gorgeous shower room.

Wood-framed cabinets topped with a mighty oak worktop take pride of place as you open the sliding side door. A waney edge to the timber top is pleasing to the eye and gives a soft look that continues throughout the van conversion. The cabinet doors have push-button locks installed to ensure the contents stay inside.
A Gasland 2 ring surface mounted gas hob sits in one corner of the main kitchen area and a deep inset stainless steel sink with a hot and cold pillar tap sits in the other. A lid for the sink made from the same oak worktop doubles as a chopping board. An extractor above the kitchen moves the cooking moisture to the outside.
A Shower You’ll Never Want To Get Out Of
The full shower enclosure is spacious and has a thermostatically controlled mixer tap, meaning you can get the water exactly to your liking. This is also possible because of the highly regarded and top-spec Truma Combi 4e water boiler that also provides heating.

Underslung fresh and wastewater tanks ensure you’ll not end up running out of water mid-shower. An extractor ensures all of the steam goes outside and not into the van. There’s also a Thetford Portapotti so you don’t even need to worry about nipping off to the loo!
Bedtime Will Be Something To Look Forward To
A double bed sits above the garage area which houses the electrics, Truma Combi and gas system. The bed has a thick 4″ memory foam mattress and has open sides to the rest of the van, amplifying the spacious feel.

The windows to the rear bring in natural light and access to those lush views outside. The windows in this van conversion are adorned with blackout blinds for those long Sunday lay-ins.
Dining For Two
As we move back up the van towards the sliding door again, there’s a perfectly poised 1+1 seating area with a nice sized table. Perfect for mealtimes. The seats have storage underneath and are topped with lush memory foam to ease those aching legs after a long day of exploring.

Power When You Need It
With 230 watts of Victron solar panels on the roof and 250Ah leisure batteries, you’ll always have power when you need it. Charged by a full Victron system for both off-grid living and while on electric hook up, the high performing batteries will always be at their peak performance.
The Victron Pheonix 12/800 pure sine wave inverter will convert the 12 volt system to 230 volts ready to tackle the larger appliances you may have brought along via the fitted UK 3 pin plugs. USB outlets have also been installed for device charging.
The ceiling has been fitted with flush fitting LED lights which not only use less power, they remain cool to the touch. Combined with 12v wall lighting, you’ll be able to set the perfect ambience for your evening. The cupboards have also been fitted with hidden 12v downlighters.
