Originally founded in Newcastle, Australia, Camplify’s peer-to-peer van sharing service was developed by a team of camping and caravanning enthusiasts who saw a need for something new. Their founder, Justin Hales, wanted to revisit his childhood love of caravanning and discovered countless unused caravans and campers sitting on driveways around his neighbourhood. This inspired him to create a platform where people could easily rent out their underused vehicles to holidaymakers.

Since launching in Australia in 2015, Camplify has grown into a global community with thousands of van owners across Australia, the UK, Spain, and New Zealand.

In the UK, they help families and individuals to unlock new earning opportunities by sharing their underused leisure vehicles.

Camplify has already paid out over £15 million in earnings to their community in less than five years, helping them to save for holidays, pay off loans, or even start their own business.
